Paul’s cutting edge approach to training will help you develop a functional body for life and for sport, decrease risk of injury, and increase performance of daily tasks. Training sessions are geared for one hour and will include functional strength training, balance drills, core conditioning and stability movements, aerobic and anaerobic energy systems conditioning, flexibility, and dynamic movements.
